Surge YTH Conference is an annual event for young people and youth leaders, aimed at deepening their faith and connecting with like-minded individuals. With transformative worship and relevant speakers, Surge Conference empowers the next generation to step boldly into their purpose, positively impact their communities, and most importantly grow closer to Jesus! GENERAL FAQS
Where is Surge Conference held?
Surge Conference is held in person at our church campus. All sessions, experiences, and activities will take place on-site.
What are the dates of Surge Conference?
Surge Conference will take place July 15th–17th.
What is the cost of the conference?
Surge operates on tiered pricing—the sooner you register, the better the rate:
- Early Bird: $80
- Regular: $95
- Late: $115
- Final / On-Site: $135
Pricing increases as the event approaches, so we encourage early registration.
Will the conference be available online?
No. Surge Conference is a fully in-person experience only and will not be livestreamed or recorded for online viewing.
What are Tribes?
Tribes are teams students are placed into for games, challenges, and interactive moments throughout the conference. Tribes help build community, energy, and friendly competition during Surge.
Is there a break during the conference?
Yes. Each day there is a scheduled break from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
All students are required to leave the church building during this break and must return for evening sessions.
Can I choose my Tribe?
No, Tribes are assigned in advance. However, this will not take away from your experience—students are still welcome to sit with friends who may be in a different Tribe during sessions.
What is the bag policy?
For safety reasons, no backpacks or bags of any kind are allowed, unless the bag is clear.
All permitted bags will be searched at check-in.
What safety precautions will be taken?
Student safety is a top priority. Surge Conference will have:
- A team of trained security personnel
- Uniformed officers on the premises at all times
- Bag checks at check-in
